These terms govern your use of Peparlance AI (peparlanceai.online). By using the site, you agree to them.
The service
Peparlance is an AI-assisted study tool that analyses MSBTE and university past question papers to highlight repeated and high-importance questions, and generates practice papers and study plans from that analysis. It is a revision aid, not a guarantee of exam content — always verify against your official syllabus.
Free and Premium plans
Peparlance offers a Free plan with monthly analysis and daily practice-paper limits, and three paid Premium plans — Monthly, 6-Month, and Yearly — that raise those limits and unlock priority AI access. Premium is billed as a one-time payment for the chosen duration (not an auto-renewing subscription) and is processed securely through Razorpay.
No refunds. All Premium payments are final. Because Premium unlocks digital usage limits immediately on payment, we do not offer refunds or partial refunds once a payment is successfully processed and verified, except where required by applicable law or in the case of a duplicate/failed charge.
Acceptable use
- Don't upload copyrighted question papers you don't have the rights to share, or content unrelated to exam preparation.
- Don't attempt to abuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer the analysis pipeline, or bypass Free-tier usage limits.
- Don't attempt to tamper with or falsify a payment or its verification.
- Accounts found misusing the service may be suspended without refund.
No guarantee of accuracy
Question repetition scores, importance ratings, and AI-generated study plans are estimates based on pattern-matching across uploaded papers. They are provided "as is" without warranty, and Peparlance is not liable for exam outcomes based on this guidance.
Changes to the service
Features, limits, and Premium pricing may change as the product evolves. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes affecting an active Premium plan.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
